One-time creation fee

Covers concept, build, setup and the custom implementation of the selected package.

Optional modules and extensions are charged only when selected.

Managed means usage, not a code purchase. The one-time creation fee covers concept, setup and custom implementation. It does not transfer the source code or full ownership.

Buyout after a checked handover. Xeno checks functionality before handover. Hosting, servers, bot tokens, databases, deployment, security, updates, dependencies, further development and Discord API changes then become the client’s responsibility unless separately agreed. Issues caused by external changes, third-party hosting or third-party modifications are handled under the terms and applicable law.
